• You are entitled to one (1) complimentary revision to address any changes you wish to make to your photo or video.

 

Refunds

• We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we cannot edit your photo or video to your satisfaction, less the admin fee of £5.00.

• A refund will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • All revision possibilities have been exhausted, and we have made every effort to ensure your photo or video meets your expectations.

 

Dispute Resolution

• Suppose you or someone on your behalf initiates a dispute through PayPal, a credit card processor, or any similar platform regarding the payment of our fee. In that case, you agree to close or withdraw such dispute within 24 hours of us providing evidence of product delivery.

• Should you fail to close or withdraw the dispute within the specified timeframe, you authorize and direct the payment provider to close or cancel the dispute upon presentation of these terms and conditions, along with proof of delivery.

• You indemnify us against any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.

 

Revisions Entitlement

• You are entitled to the number of revisions specified on our website for the product purchased.
